International study suggests daily fruits and veggies can reduce the risk of stroke
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
Dr. Feng He, a cardiovascular research fellow at St. George's University School of Medicine in London, has found that eating three to five servings of fruit and vegetables daily can cut stroke risk by 11 percent.

Now researchers conclude that a daily smorgasbord of fruits and vegetables can dramatically cut the risk of suffering a stroke.
