Banshee Audio kicked off their presence at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Thursday by launching an all-in-one 5.0 Surround Sound Listening Station for iPods, MP3 Players and PSPs. Banshee calls the release a "breakthrough in audio technology." The company said the desktop speaker system generates surround sound from five individual speakers incorporated within a single, relatively small desktop speaker. The 50-watt speaker includes a remote cradle that allows for easy access to iPods, according to the company. The units will be available in mid-March and will cost $129 for the PSP and $149 for the iPod and other MP3 players.
