Multiple Sclerosis group teaches complementary therapies

The Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Alliance Institute for Integrative Medicine is planning a program that will educate people on complementary and alternative therapies for MS.
Alternatives: The Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Alliance Institute for Integrative Medicine will present a program on complementary therapies for MS at 7 p.m.
Dec. 5 at the institute, 6400 Galbraith Road, Kenwood.
Benefit run/walk: There's still time to sign up for the 19th annual Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis, Dec. 10 beginning at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, 1 W. RiverCenter Blvd., Covington.
Registration opens at 8 a.m., and the race begins at 10.
De-stress: Catholic Social Services will offer a class on limiting holiday stress at 7:30 p.m.
Dec. 13 at St. Francis De Sales Parish, 20 De Sales Ave.
No slips: Lynn Caruso, an orthopedic nurse specialist, will give a program on preventing falls at 7:30 a.m.
Dec. 14 during the Jewish Hospital's Walking Club meeting at Kenwood Towne Centre.
