Johns Hopkins recommends breathing techniques for those suffering from low energy levels
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
Doctors at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center suggest that you should take deep breaths throughout the day, as well as varying your breathing techniques, to maintain a higher level of energy throughout the day.
With the amount of activities you perform each day --whether it's heavy lifting on the job or at home -- it's no wonder that you're out of breath.
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center says the use of proper breathing techniques while doing daily activities will enable you to do more with less shortness of breath.
* Decide which jobs are necessary to do today.
* Do the hardest jobs when you have the most energy.
* Sit down to work whenever possible.
The Medical Center also recommends you practice pursed-lip breathing, remembering to exhale during the hardest part of any activity, and diaphragmatic breathing exercises.
