Journalist experiments with hypnotherapy as weight loss technique

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

Reporting for Shore Publishing, Erica Gradecki revisits her experiences with hypnotherapy as a weight loss technique, and her conclusions are surprising.

I went out to ShopRite and picked up some Viactiv calcium chews, in caramel and French vanilla. As for breakfast, since I had come home from school back in May, I had not had time to eat in the morning and found myself eating later on in the day, around 11 a.m. on a regular basis. I finally have begun to eat in the mornings and nourish my body with what it needs. It's about two miles total if you go from one end to the other and back. I also went to Curves for Women in New London twice, where I have been going on and off for the past three years. I have definitely been drinking water like crazy. Percy suggested that everyone drink at least two cups of water in the morning and to make sure to eat something for breakfast within the first hour of rising. It wasn't until I started drinking water when I woke up that it felt like I've been missing it my entire life! At the second session at Backus, out of everyone there, I was the only one who didn't have the time to listen to the CD. Last week was very hectic, and by the time I got home I would dive into bed, knocked out from pure exhaustion. Percy noted that I really have to listen to that CD at least once a day, and that the best benefits would result after listening to it 21 times. With the second group hypnosis session, again I blacked out. At first, my mind was wandering, I had so much on my mind about things I had to get done that I kept losing track when Percy said to count backwards from 300.
