New Orleans' Jefferson Parish president says FEMA prevented help from reaching hurricane-ravaged city

Rense.com reports that, during an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard claimed that FEMA turned away relief efforts -- including a Wal-Mart truck full of water and a Coast Guard vessel with drums of diesel fuel -- thereby forsaking his parish.
Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard announced on WWL-TV Saturday Night that residents would be allowed back in the Parish on Monday, but must re-evacuate by Thursday.
Earlier reports on this site have shown that FEMA has barred rescue teams from entering New Orleans.
And now the feds are dragging people out of the city by gunpoint.
