Fitness expert creates new pumpkin workout routine

Dallas fitness professional Scott Colby has put out a fitness report for the holidays that promotes special exercises and workouts that use pumpkins.
With the holiday season coming up, Dallas fitness professional, Scott Colby, decided to do something fun to help combat all of the excess weight that is normally gained during the holidays.
So he decided to be creative and put together a special holiday fitness report containing exercises and workouts that anyone can do using only a pumpkin.
"Most people blame weight gain during the holidays on the days from Thanksgiving through Christmas," says Colby.
"But weight gain actually starts on Halloween with all of the candy being eaten."
The special holiday fitness report contains eleven exercises and six fun, yet challenging workouts that can be performed using a pumpkin only.
The report shows pictures and contains a written description of all of the exercises.
