Core exercises can help your entire body

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

Core stability and strength training helps your entire body function better. Don’t just pick machines for only one body group.

There are workout machines that strengthen everything from your legs to your neck. But if you're not using your stomach on each machine, you're not making the best of it, that's the philosophy behind core stability and strength training. It's a method that teaches people to start from the abdominal muscles and work outward. The benefit is that you maintain balanced muscles. Workout using your core muscles to gain even more strength. Personal trainer Stephen Dansevich says he's seen body builders who have built up their chest muscles so much, they can barely move their arms behind their body. The best piece of equipment to train your core muscles is an exercise ball. With it, you can build on simple exercises and make them harder.
