Health website lists top ten superfoods

After surveying several dietitians, eDiets.com lists sardines, mackerel, walnuts, tofu, plums, prunes, oatmeal, kidney beans, chickpeas and barley as their ten superfoods, as well as why each one is beneficial.
Several dietitians were asked for their favorite heart-protective foods.
These are wonderful foods, but I still haven't decided how to use them to make a festive holiday dinner!
