Spectrum Artisan Olive Oil Mayonnaise joins Wasabi, Roasted Garlic and Dijon to the organic line, introduced late last year.
The company that was the first to introduce a canola oil-based mayonnaise now takes the finest organic cold pressed extra virgin Arbequina olive oil from Spain and creates a smooth, creamy mayonnaise with all the organic goodness of Spectrum. As with the three original Spectrum Artisan varieties, Olive Oil Mayonnaise is certified organic and kosher and contains no hydrogenated fat, sugar, corn syrup or preservatives.
