Mercury-preserved vaccines may cause autism in children

Frightening new evidence may prove that many vaccines administered to infants and children have dangerous side effects. According to CDC epidemiologist Tom Verstraeten, who had analyzed the agency’s massive database containing the medical records of 100,000 children, a mercury-based preservative in the vaccines -- thimerosal -- appeared to be responsible for a dramatic increase in autism and a host of other neurological disorders among children.
Deadly Immunity When a study revealed that mercury in childhood vaccines may have caused autism in thousands of kids, the government rushed to conceal the data -- and to prevent parents from suing drug companies for their role in the epidemic.
There were high-level officials from the CDC and the Food and Drug Administration, the top vaccine specialist from the World Health Organization in Geneva, and representatives of every major vaccine manufacturer, including GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Wyeth and Aventis Pasteur.

Infants who received all their vaccines, plus boosters, by the age of 6 months were being injected with levels of ethylmercury 187 times greater than the EPA's limit for daily exposure to methylmercury, a related neurotoxin.
If federal regulators and government scientists failed to grasp the potential risks of thimerosal over the years, no one could claim ignorance after the secret meeting at Simpsonwood.
But rather than conduct more studies to test the link to autism and other forms of brain damage, the CDC placed politics over science.
This epidemic of mercury poisoning was predictable, the conference on the future of medicine in 1982 said toxicity would be the major health problem for the next century.
The accumulation of mercury in the body is not limited to infants, it is a factor in all vaccinations in all ages, including amalgam, medicines, products and the recirculation of mercury in populated environments both locally and worldwide where mercury is carried in clouds bound with sulpher pollution.
I hope that this new awareness of the connection between this poison and our childrens' shattered lives brings an end to this practice.
