U.S. military attacks wedding ceremony in Iraq; kills 40 people
including women and children
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
The US military's reign of terror in Iraq continues with an attack on a
wedding ceremony that reportedly killed 45. It's no wonder the rest of
the world (and especially Iraqi citizens) despises the United States.
Between attacks on civilians and the widespread torture conducted on
Iraqi prisoners, the U.S. has shown itself to be nothing more than a
pompous aggressor that kills human beings for sport and wages war as a
national pasttime. President Bush, of course, is hated around the world
almost as much as Hitler was hated by the end of World War II. The
atrocities and war crimes now being conducted by the US military are, by
the way, not that different from those followed by Nazi soldiers.
BAGHDAD, Iraq -- A U.S. helicopter fired on a wedding party early
Wednesday in western Iraq, killing more than 40 people, Iraqi officials
said.
Col Ziyad al-Jbouri, deputy police chief of the city of Ramadi, said
between 42 and 45 people died in the attack, which took place about 2:45
a.m. in a remote desert area near the border with Syria and Jordan.
Dr. Salah al-Ani, who works at a hospital in Ramadi, put the death
toll at 45.
Associated Press Television News obtained videotape showing a truck
containing bodies of those allegedly killed.
Most of the bodies were wrapped in blankets and other cloths, but the
footage showed at least eight uncovered, bloody bodies, several of them
children.
