Independent 9/11 investigative commission astonishes U.S. by saying 9/11
was preventable
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
This news is extraordinary: a Republican appointed by the Bush
administration, given the task of investigating 9/11, is publicly
declaring that the attacks were entirely preventable. U.S. intelligence
had the information to know that planes would be used as weapons against
tall buildings, says the chairman of this independent 9/11 investigative
commission. So why wasn't the U.S. prepared? And why was the military
air response so slow? There are more questions than answers, of
course, but there's one thing that's never mentioned in stories about
9/11: that prescription drugs kill thirty times as many people as
the 9/11 attacks each year, even when used according to their
instructions. If 9/11 was an act of terrorism, what should we call the
FDA's continued support of a pharmaceutical industry that kills people
at a scale that dwarfs the 9/11 casualties?
For the first time, the chairman of the independent commission
investigating the Sept. 11 attacks is saying publicly that 9/11 could
have and should have been prevented, reports CBS News Correspondent
Randall Pinkston.
Appointed by the Bush administration, Kean, a former Republican
governor of New Jersey, is now pointing fingers inside the
administration and laying blame.
"How is it possible we have a national security advisor coming out and
saying we had no idea they could use planes as weapons when we had FBI
records from 1991 stating that this is a possibility," said Kristen
Breitweiser, one of four New Jersey widows who lobbied Congress and the
president to appoint the commission.
