Bordering on nutritional insanity, the website BabyFit.com actually advises its readers (expectant mothers) to eat ice cream. But that's not all: the site also tells women to chow down on pickles -- a grocery product that almost always contains a nerve toxin chemical in the form of artificial yellow coloring.
Great advice, huh? Maybe expectant mothers should get their nutritional advice somewhere else... like maybe here. And here, you'll learn that pregnant women need to avoid all processed foods and, instead, eat superfoods, whole foods, raw foods and selected nutritional supplements.
By the way, for just twenty bucks a year, you can get an entire year's worth of silly nutritional advice from BabyFit.com "experts" by becoming one of their subscribers. If it were free, it would still be too expensive!
