Government Drug Review Committee Begins to Question Mass-Medication of Children with Antipsychotic Drugs

More than 389,000 U.S. children and teens were medicated with Risperdal, a powerful antipsychotic drug that causes diabetes, weight gain and permanent muscle tics. For the first time, a government review panel is publicly stating its concern about the mass-medication of our children with these powerful, dangerous medications.
Big Pharma and the FDA, of course, were trying to shove their own silly "safety review process" onto the panel, but the panel realized it was all a sham, and now they're asking why so many children are being drugged with these medications.
Modern psychiatry is an industry of death that exploits the bodies of young children for corporate profit.
From Nytimes.com: The committee’s concerns are part of a growing chorus of complaints about the increasing use of antipsychotic medicines in children and teenagers. Prescription rates for the drugs have increased more than fivefold for children in the past decade and a half, and doctors now use the drugs to settle outbursts and aggression in children with a wide variety of diagnoses, even though children are especially susceptible to their side effects.... more
