Sayer Ji reveals breakthroughs in natural medicine

Sayer Ji

(NaturalNews) In recent years there has been a dramatic rise in interest in so-called "complementary" and alternative medicine – that is, interest in medical techniques and treatments, many from ancient times, that diverge from traditional medical treatments and technology.

In Febuary 2011, LiveScience reported on this phenomenon, citing the results of a study in which researchers found that between 2002 and 2007 the use of complementary, natural medicine "increased by 18.1 percent among whites, 17.2 percent among Asians, 6.6 percent among blacks and 1 percent among Hispanics."

The figures have only risen since then, with the Samueli Institute, a non-profit research center that focuses on the science of healing, reporting that the use of alternative medicine is even rising in the military.

No one understands this rise in popularity as well as Sayer Ji, founder of GreenMedInfo.com and a member of various boards in the natural health and health freedom domain, one of dozens of natural and homeopathic health and nutrition experts invited to speak at the Natural Medicine Summit to be held March 14-22, a free online symposium aimed at presenting information that will make you feel younger, reverse the disease process and live better – now, not later.

Sayer, as a widely recognized researcher, author and lecturer, an advisory board member of the National Health Federation, and the founder of the world's most widely referenced, evidence-based natural health resource of its kind, has his finger on the pulse, so to speak, of the latest information regarding natural healing arts, as noted on his website.

Sayer's work has been published in various online and print publications, including Truthout, The Wellbeing Journal and The Journal of Gluten Sensitivity.

His formal secondary education took place at Rutgers University, where he studied under the American philosopher Dr. Bruce W. Wilshire, focusing on the philosophy of science. He earned a BA degree in Philosophy in 1995.

In 1996, following residency at the Zen Mountain Monastery in upstate New York, he embarked on a five year journey of service as a counselor-teacher and wilderness therapy specialist for various organizations serving underprivileged and adjudicated populations.

In addition to Sayer's presentation, other health experts will present information about secrets to brain health; powerful and easy-to-implement daily strategies for vibrant health; natural treatments for various medical conditions including diabetes, hormone imbalance, heart disease and infertility; and many other subjects you won't want to miss.
