Is Occupy Wall Street about freedom or more tyranny? Health Ranger talks with Bryce Shonka from Tenth Amendment Center

(NaturalNews) Clarifying the intentions and goals of the many Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protests that are now taking place across the country can be somewhat difficult, as individuals from varying persuasions and walks of life continue to join up with the movement. In a recent interview on Infowars Nightly News (INN), Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, talks with Bryce Shonka from the Tenth Amendment Center (TAC) to get his take on the ever-evolving movement, and the direction in which it is heading.

Shonka, who serves as deputy director of TAC, has been fighting against the federal government's increasingly abusive power trip for years. And having attended several OWS protest events in recent days, including those taking place in Seattle, Wa., Shonka says the platform is actually wide open to whomever wants to make their point heard. This has given rise to many liberty-minded folks spreading the word about true freedom, and why increasing the size of government is the antithesis of these.

"It's the genesis of something that we haven't seen before," said Shonka, bringing light to the fact that no single ideology has truly taken hold of OWS at this point, and that the soapbox is open to anyone. "The message is being shaped, the ideologies are coming in, and the claws are attempting to grasp onto this movement of young people."

Because the spirit of the OWS movement is still largely open to all points of view, Shonka believes that those who feel strongly about an issue, whatever it may be, need to attend their local OWS protests and speak out. Whether it be about preserving health freedom, ending the Federal Reserve, or restoring the proper authority rightly reserved for the states under the Tenth Amendment, individuals must seize this unique opportunity to educate the masses.

"If you're interested in decentralizing this out-of-control government, if you're interested in following the Constitution -- every issue, every time, no exceptions, no excuses -- then you're on our side," added Shonka, stressing the fact that there is great diversity in the liberty movement. "It's all about educating, it's all about trans-partisan activism, no more left versus right. Let's just work together to push back."
