Is organic soybean oil still bad for your health even though it's organic?

(NaturalNews) Just a few decades ago, the soybean was considered unfit to eat. Still, eight out of every 10 Americans believe soybeans and soybean oil is good for their health. They have no concept of, or knowledge about, fermented soy, and that certainly isn't the type of soy we're addressing here in most conventional foods and salad dressings, so let's get right to the truth on this one–there's no more wasting time. People's healthy salads are at stake here! What are the risks of consuming unfermented soy, regardless of whether it's organic or not, because genetically modified soy is a whole other health detriment discussion in itself. Soy "health" appeared out of NOWHERE in the mid-to-late 1990s thanks to a media blitz of advertising for the typical U.S. uninformed or misinformed consumer to "gobble up." All it took were some posing shill "health experts" in the media to read the script, how tofu, soy cheese and soymilk are great substitutes for meat and dairy and simply tout ONLY the benefits, while omitting the short and long-term ills. The FDA says soy reduces your risk of heart disease, but what else does unfermented soy, organic or not, do to the HUMAN BODY when consumed on a regular basis?

Most soy you buy at a typical market is not a health food, unless it's fermented. Period. We all know by now how bad GMO soy is because of all the pesticides, but organic soy is a "Trojan horse." You'll hear all kinds of generic statistics about soy benefits, but they're simply lumping in the stats from fermented to fool you. The soybean was not used for food until the discovery of fermentation techniques, way back in history during the Chou Dynasty. That's when they first fermented tempeh, miso and soy sauce. This news later spread to other parts of the Orient, including Indonesia and Japan. The reason nobody ate unfermented soybeans was because the bean contains LARGE QUANTITIES OF ANTI-NUTRIENT TOXINS that block the enzymes humans need for protein digestion. So much for that protein myth, huh? Just because you eat something that contains protein doesn't mean your body can use it.

You may have chronic deficiencies in amino acid uptake right now thanks to your organic soy habit of just two tablespoons per day, according to independent research.
