Arizona judge threatens mother with jail time for speaking out against illegal medical kidnapping

(NaturalNews) Here is the face of judicial tyranny in Maricopa County, Arizona, where the juvenile justice system has completely run amok, illegally holding innocent children hostage while denying their parents' First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights as guaranteed under the Constitution. This face belongs to Presiding Juvenile Judge Colleen McNally, who right now is threatening to throw a mother in prison -- not for any crime, but simply for talking to others about the crimes of Judge McNally and her buddies in Child Protective Services.

This story is similar to that of Justina Pelletier's family and their experience with Boston Children's Hospital, or Isaiah Rider's family and their experience with Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, as well as many others. Children fall ill with typically rare conditions, doctors give a bad diagnosis or insist on treatment without the parents' consent, and the state ends up kidnapping the children in order to cover for its dark deeds.

For sisters Kayla and Hannah Diegel of Phoenix, their story begins like this: The two young girls suffer from a congenital disorder known as glycosylation, or CDG, a type of mitochondrial disease that involves partial paralysis of the stomach. There's no approved treatment for this condition, and the girls have to eat through feeding tubes just to survive.

But suffice it to say that, like many other cases of state-initiated child abduction in recent years, the Diegel girls were kidnapped by a "children's hospital," in this case Phoenix Children's Hospital, and subjected to clinical trials without their parents' consent. And when their parents caught onto the racket and tried to take action, they were dealt with harshly by the corrupt state.
According to the family's "A Miracle for Two Sisters" Facebook page, the Diegels have been ordered to keep silent about the State of Arizona's abduction of their two daughters. And if they don't comply with the additional illegal demands now being made by Judge McNally, this rogue judge has promised to send the girls' mother to prison!
"Not only does Melissa Diegel have to cope with the harm to her children she must also cope with a Superior Court Judge who has threatened her with jail for speaking out about her children and for associating with other parents and families victimized by the same corrupt system," reads a recent update.
"The judge (a woman) has DEMANDED that Melissa HAND OVER the NAMES, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBERS and EMAILS of ALL HER FRIENDS and FAMILY and ANYONE she has communicated with regarding her children OR go to jail on Monday the 18th of May, 2015."
Judge McNally is an enemy of liberty and due process, and needs to be held accountable for her crimes
May 18 has since passed, and the one person who was allowed to enter the courtroom with Melissa as her advocate on that fateful day says the experience was chilling, and that the two had to flee the courtroom for their lives. Assistant attorneys general, U.S. marshals, two lawyers from DPS, guardians ad litem and case managers were all present to intimidate Melissa and her advocate, and these thugs barred all others from entering the courtroom.
"This Court assembled a police force and an army of useless bureaucrats, all collecting paychecks from state and federal tax payers on Monday, May 18th with the goal to prosecute and incarcerate a safe, fit, loving mother for her association with other victims of the Department of so called 'Child Safety,'" reported the advocate.
"These departments are out of control and have subverted our Superior Courts. The judge says it is for the protection of the children. Me thinks the concern of the Court is that Melissa Deigel has pierced the bubble of secrecy and corruption that surrounds it."
