In my mind, the fact that Doctor Oz is covering this topic is a victory for everyone who believes in clean food. This is a breakthrough for transparency, activism and scientific research conducted in the public interest. For the record, this is also the result of me spending countless hours in the lab, burning time, money and effort (and argon gas) in order to bring this urgent warning to the world: we must STOP eating poison in our organic foods! And the organic industry needs to clean up its act!
Fortunately, that's already happening. Nearly every protein manufacturer across the industry is now acutely aware of the urgent importance of testing for heavy metals and sourcing clean, low-metals raw materials. Every major manufacturer I can think of has already told me they are in the process of sourcing cleaner materials. The pressure is enormous because this story is unstoppable. The science is irrefutable, and the grassroots pressure is immense.
Because everybody wants to eat CLEAN food! Nobody in their right mind wants to eat more lead when they could be eating less lead (or cadmium, or mercury, or tungsten). This is a fundamental, undeniable principle of human rights if you ask me: we all deserve access to clean, nutritious food. And we all deserve the right to know what we are eating! Only a crazy person could criticize this entire effort, as it is conducted entirely for the purpose of serving the public good and preventing the mass poisoning of innocent people with toxic heavy metals.
So I sincerely thank you all for your ongoing support in this time of tremendous change and activism. Together, with your help, we are quite literally changing the world for the better, and I'm humbled to now count Doctor Oz as one of the key voices helping to share this message of consumer empowerment and honest organics. He deserves tremendous credit for taking on this story, so be sure to thank Doctor Oz and his staff for their tireless effort on this one. I realize the Natural News community may not agree with Doctor Oz on every issue he's covered in the past, but truth be told, you probably don't even agree with me on every issue, either. What we all must do is find the power of the common ground where we can all agree to act in the interests of the betterment of society.
