How to make an Orgone Accumulator for improved health and energy

by Marsha Anderson

(NaturalNews) Dr Wilhelm Reich (1897 - 1957) worked with life force energy throughout his lifetime. What others have called chi, prana, or cosmic energy, Reich named orgone energy. Orgone, from orgasm, was first observed while studying the bio-electric nature of pleasure using a galvanometer. Reich wrote that this energy is blue, visible to the naked eye, and responsible for weather patterns, gravity, the birth of galaxies, emotion and sexuality. He argued that orgone energy was the opposite of entropy and as such was responsible for concentration and organization of matter.

Reich believed that traumatic experiences blocked the natural electrical flow of life energy in the body; this produced body armoring and in turn led to physical and emotional disease. Reich developed the orgone accumulator to help his patients overcome conditions of reduced health caused by depletion or blockages of the orgone energy within the body. When the press got wind of the story, they reported Reich involved in producing sex boxes, which caused uncontrollable erections and cured cancer! In 1947 the FDA obtained an injunction against the interstate sale of orgone accumulators and Reich was charged with a violation. He was sentenced to two years in prison; his publications were burned; and he died in jail a year later (a few days before his parole application) of heart failure.

The obituary in Time Magazine, November 18, 1957 stated: "Died. Wilhelm Reich, 60, once-famed psychoanalyst, associate and follower of Sigmund Freud, founder of the Wilhelm Reich Foundation, lately better known for unorthodox sex and energy theories; of a heart attack; in Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary, Pa; where he was serving a two-year term for distributing his invention, the "orgone energy accumulator" (in violation of the Food and Drug Act), a telephone-booth-size device that supposedly gathered energy from the atmosphere, and could cure, while the patient sat inside, common colds, cancer, and impotence."

Make Your Own Accumulator

Reich's orgone accumulator was a box that worked like a capacitor to collect and store energy from the surrounding space. The collected energy would flow by gradient into the lower energy of the person inside the box. His boxes were alternating layers of wood and metal. The organic layer attracted energy and the metal then radiated energy toward the center of the box. A simple, effective accumulator blanket can be made at home from easily obtainable materials. 36" x 28" is a good medium size to make. Three pieces of 100% wool fabric are layered sandwich style with two layers of fine gauge steel wool (the grades of #0000 or #000) to produce the blanket. Acrylic felt can also be used instead of wool but not polyester because it has a negative bio-energetic effect.

Don't get the blanket wet because the steel wool will rust. An external washable cover can be added of acrylic, cotton, or wool. Sit or lie under the blanket for 15 minutes to an hour at a time and use it multiple times a day if needed. It should be used daily for a period of several weeks. Among other things it's effective for pain relief. If a feeling of overcharged energy is experienced, take the blanket off and place it out of the room. A blanket can charge up a whole house, and if this is experienced then it should be stored in a garage, shed, or in the car. The blanket should not be used around computers, televisions, florescent lights, microwaves, pacemakers or defibrillators. On non-rainy days the blanket can be placed outside in the sun to charge up.
