Bring love and light back on the planet

(NaturalNews) These days it seems that the bad news is all around us and in the midst of it a lot of people are wondering what the solutions are. And the truth is: the solutions are available inside each of us and it's really about shifting internally to a love based consciousness.
This is key for a few reasons. First, in love based consciousness, you'll most often be energetically protected from all of the negative stuff in the world. It may be going on around you and you may know about it, but often the negative realities just don't enter your personal space. So it's kind of like a protection device.
In fact, negative realities are often teachers for us, if we can accept them in a love based state. We might even start to look at all of the illness and disease around us as a teacher too and simply as something to get us to change our ways, before it really is too late.
Changing our consciousness is also key because our thoughts really do manifest - and if you're not living in love consciousness, the only other option is fear consciousness. And on a large scale fear consciousness is creating all of the negative around us.
So, can any one of us shift the entire global consciousness, just by being in love consciousness? Well, maybe or maybe not. But what is certain is that we'll have a tough time getting there if every day people don't accept their role as part of the whole to bring about this energy shift that will bring about the light and love on the planet.
When speaking of love and light, on one hand, it seems obvious that it starts internally. But, on the other hand, there's a reality that often isn't understood. That reality is that our foods and level of internal cleanliness have everything to do with the equation.
To help you understand, it's important to first know that our foods have energy, and if they are raw foods from nature, they have light energy. But when foods are cooked, they often lose their light particles, which means that not as much light enters into us when we consume them.
Then, eating congesting foods like meat and processed foods almost robs the light from our bodies and leaves in its place toxic sludge-like internal conditions, which leads to disease too.
When people have been eating cooked and processed foods for years, unconscious of the internal effects created, there are then toxicity problems in the body that block the flow of energy and actually create fear consciousness - because the light has a hard time entering sludge filled bodies. The sludge simply occupies the physical place of the light and inhibits the movement of free flowing love consciousness.
This is why detoxification, eating lots of raw foods from nature, and having a vegetarian diet are key to creating the light internally too.
But on a grand scale, when massive numbers of us have transformed our body and consciousness to the light in this manner, the problems we are so frequently confronted with as a society will just fade away. Along the way, we'll also create far better realities based on love, instead of fear.

Here, you just take out any three middle letters, and again, it's the name of the person bringing you this message, or the sacred secret of the prophecy. Actually, if you take those two passages, Kim is about the only name you can get from both of them.
In Numbers 1:1 � 1:18, it's talking about "the family" and mentions Pagiel. It also twice mentions February 1st, (Kim's birthday) and then says that the youngest is 20 years old. Kim's little sister Paige is currently 20 years old.
In Chronicles 1 11:20 it mentions the brother of Joab and then in the same sentence uses the word brandishing. Kim's middle name is Jo and her older sister's name is Brandi. There are other patterns to her sisters too but these sort of mention them by name.
Of course, it helps if you know that there is a magical spiritual reality available that comes deep cleansing and often major dietary upgrades. It's also why Jesus was teaching the same thing, if you find his teachings in the Essene Gospel of Peace. In this text, he even says things like, "You'll never see the father unless you clean your colon." But, this is paraphrased...
In the Bible Jesus says things more like, happy are those who wash their robes, as they can enter the tree of life. The tree of life is elsewhere explained as God's paradise. He also said, first clean the inside of the cup and then the outside will also be clean.
