Cleansing with Global Healing Center: Oxy-Powder, Paratrex and Livatrex

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

(NaturalNews) I've been a fan of Ed Group's GHC products for several years and began writing about his company in 2008 on NaturalNews.com. This master formulator is also an expert in cleansing, and he keeps himself in top health even while growing his company.

I've visited Ed Group's facilities, used his products myself and spoken with him both on and off camera for many hours. He is, in my opinion, one of the single most knowledgeable people you'll ever meet on the subject of nutritional cleansing that can be done safely, gently and with consistently positive results.

That's why I'm really excited to be able to announce this news: The NaturalNews Store is now, for the first time, carrying three remarkable cleansing products from Ed Group's Global Healing Center. Those three products are Oxy-Powder, Paratrex and Livatrex, and I describe them each below.

Right now, we've got all three available at discounted price for NaturalNews readers. You'll find them all on our specials page: http://store.naturalnews.com/index.php?main_...

Here's why I like these three cleansing products so much:

Oxy-Powder offers gentle intestinal cleansing

Oxy-Powder isn't a typical cleansing product. Instead of using herbs that cause a digestive reaction, Oxy-Powder uses ozonated magnesium oxide with natural citric acid to create a kind of "fizz" that oxygenates and helps loosen material in your digestive tract. I wouldn't quite call it a "scrubbing" action because nothing's really scrubbing. It's more like a fizz effect that you might remember from pouring drain-cleaning chemicals down the drain of a clogged kitchen sink (back in the day when we actually used to do silly things like pouring chemicals down the drain, anyway...)

As you recall, that used to loosen up clogging materials and clear the pipes. Oxy-Powder helps loosen material in your digestive tract, except it uses no dangerous chemicals. It's just magnesium oxide with citric acid, combined in a vegetarian capsule. The effect of this is really impressive: It provides gentle support for digestion and bowel movements* and has become really popular among health-conscious vegans and raw foodies who tend to gravitate towards the really high-end supplements that work best.

This remains my favorite digestive cleansing product because it gets the job done without relying on highly reactive herbs that may be too aggressive.

ParaTrex supports natural defense against invaders

Due to FDA censorship of nutritional science (which I've written about extensively here on NaturalNews), I can't tell you the whole truth about what ParaTrex really does without being threatened with criminal prosecution by the FDA. But I will tell you this: ParaTrex combines herbs like black walnut hulls, wormwood, grapefruit seed extract, clove and many others to create a potent herbal formula in a vegetarian capsule.

If you're a regular NaturalNews reader, you can probably figure out what these ingredients are for and how they might help support your overall health. This is my favorite formula in this category because it uses highly potent herbs from a trusted source.

LivaTrex helps support your Liver and Gallbladder

Liver health is crucial to whole body health. When your liver isn't functioning well, everything starts to go wrong. That's because your liver is responsible for detoxifying your body by breaking down dangerous chemicals and metabolic byproducts that, if allowed to circulate through your blood, would be quite harmful.

But the liver function of many people is strongly suppressed by pharmaceuticals (even common painkillers can cause severe liver damage), alcohol, food additives, GMOs and environmental toxins. This leaves the liver in a poor state of functioning from which many other degenerative health conditions may emerge.

It's well known among health-conscious consumers that keeping your liver healthy is crucial to supporting your overall body health. That's why Ed Group created LivaTrex, a liver-supporting formula based on organic herbs that may help support normal liver function*.

These herbs include Borotutu Bark, Yellow Dock Root, Dandelion Root, Chanca Piedra, Milk Thistle Seed, Turmeric and several others.

This is a liquid formulation, not a capsule. It's actually suspended in a liquid made with trace minerals and colloidal iodine -- a micro-nutrient that has its own astounding health benefits in those who are deficient.

This is one of the most potent liver and gallbladder support formulas I think you'll ever try. Again, I am somewhat restrained from telling you the whole story about what this can do for you due to the FDA's censorship of nutritional science (http://www.naturalnews.com/029698_censorship...). But if I were to rank all the herbal cleansing products I've ever tried, this product is most definitely in my top three. It's really that good. You have to try it yourself to see what I'm talking about.

Read these important instructions before conducting any nutritional cleanse

If you're considering a nutritional cleanse of any kind (liver cleanse, kidney cleanse, colon cleanse, etc.), please be safe about it and read these instructions first: http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/must-read...

Know that, as a general rule, the more toxic you are when you start, the worse the cleanse may feel. So if you've been living on junk foods, dairy products and pharmaceuticals for the past decade, you should go really, really slow with any cleansing effort and preferably work with a qualified naturopathic physician who can help guide you through the process.

If you're following a very healthy diet, a cleanse is usually no big deal and can even be a pleasant experience. But this is usually achieved only after several cleansing efforts spanning several years (plus rigorous adherence to a truly healthy lifestyle).

If in doubt, go easy on the cleanse. Don't be stupid and try to be too aggressive because the toxicity of what is RELEASED in your body can make you feel extremely ill. Remember, if you've been ingesting pharmaceuticals and food additives, those chemicals are lodged in your liver, kidneys, heart and other tissues. Once you start releasing those, they have to make their way through your body and out via your elimination systems (kidneys, skin, colon, etc.). During this time of chemical transit, you may experience the negative side effects of those chemicals.

Typically, the more you cleanse, the better you feel, although I would not recommend an "aggressive" cleanse any more than once a month, and I always encourage you to work with a qualified holistic health practitioner before attempting such things. This is especially true if you are not in the best of health to begin with: If you're on medication, or have a suppressed immune system or suffering from some degenerative disease like cancer or diabetes.

Also, don't think of cleansing as an excuse to return to ingesting toxic substances. As you take up cleansing to improve your health, make an effort to sustain your good health by making intelligent food choices every single day. After all, the best way to protect your liver is to avoid poisoning it with synthetic chemicals in the first place. This means avoiding toxic laundry detergents, personal care products, cosmetics, lotions, lawn pesticides and other toxic chemicals sold to everyday consumers -- especially chemicals found in pharmaceuticals and processed foods.
