Canadian woman learns power of meditation is answer to stress problems

Canada native Michelle Cahoon turned to meditation after a trip to Cuba left something changed in her; something that wouldn't allow her to relax and find serenity when she came back. A friend suggested Cahoon turn to meditation to help her deal with her problem. Cahoon said her new outlook caused by her meditation attracted more like-minded people to her, rather than those easily angered or frustrated. Now Cahoon teaches workshops in Calgary to help others achieve her level of serenity.
