Aged garlic extract is popularly sold under the brand Kyolic. Almost 400 scientific studies have been completed on aged garlic extract, done in major universities. These studies have focused on various aspects of garlic's health benefits including the reduction of multiple cardiovascular risk factors such as cholesterol, high blood pressure, homocysteine and blood circulation. In addition, significant other aged garlic extract research has concentrated on immune enhancement, improving memory (prevention of Alzheimer's), protecting liver function and anti-cancer effects.
