Yoga can help in fight against multiple sclerosis, study says

Victims of the muscle degeneration disease multiple sclerosis often report that they are chronically fatigued. And a new study by an Oregon doctor says yoga can help relieve some of the fatigue. Of the 60 people who participated in the study, those who attended yoga classes regularly reported less fatigue after six months. In fact, their fatigue levels were on par with those who had done regular exercise, but no yoga, during the study.
