Laughter improves blood flow, reduces heart disease risk, study shows

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

A new study shows that laughing can, indeed, be good medicine, especially for improving blood flow through your arteries and, accordingly, reducing your risk for heart disease. The study tracked the blood flow of 20 people who watched both the stressful war film Saving Private Ryan and the Woody Harrelson comedy movie Kingpin. On average, the participants had better blood flow after viewing the funny film than they did after viewing the disturbing one.
