Do-not-call registry does not exist for cell phones

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

Emails floating around cyberspace claim that telemarketers are going to start calling you on your cell phone and they advise you to sign up on a special "do-not-call" registry for mobile phones; however, in reality, it is illegal for telemarketers to call cell phones, and a special do-not-call registry for cell phones does not exist, although cell phone users can sign up with the National Do-Not-Call Registry, set up by the FCC and the Federal Trade Commission to allow consumers to reduce telemarketing calls.
