Vietnamese Agent Orange lawsuit dismissed by New York judge

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

US District Judge Jack B. Weinstein has sided with chemical companies in a case that was opened last year by The Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin. The association filed a class action suit against chemical companies that supplied the military with Agent Orange, claiming that the defoliant, containing the highly toxic substance dioxin, has caused birth defects, cancer and other health problems and amounted to a violation of international law. William H. Goodman, the association's lawyer, has said the group would appeal the decision.
