A professor at Johns Hopkins University medical school says the typical American diet, high in fat and meat, may play a role in prostate cancer. He notes that in regions of the world where people eat more fruits and vegetables, and less fatty meat, prostate cancer is much less prevalent than in the United State. Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in the U.S. Experts predict that, by 2010, 40,000 men each year will die from the disease
