Green tea can be a memory booster; new study is latest pointing to beverage's healthful effects

A new European study gives more evidence that green tea is, definitely, a healthy drink. A team of British researchers found that a steady diet of green tea led patients to have fewer, and less active, enzymes associated with memory loss and Alzheimer's disease. The study compared the tea to coffee, which had seemed to have no effect on the enzymes. Black tea also performed well in the study, but not as well as green tea.
