Low prices keep vision and dental insurance attractive to companies dropping other types of coverage

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

As health insurance prices skyrocket, many companies are dropping -- or asking employees to pay for – most forms of group coverage. But sales of vision and dental plans are holding steady. Low prices means those types of coverage are the last to be cut, and many employees do not seem to mind paying for them out of pocket. Dental plans run about $27 per month. Vision insurance costs about $10. That's a drop in the bucket compared to the $300 monthly average for full service insurance.
