U.S. medical researchers are finally discovering the healing power of Ayurvedic medicine
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
After decades of dismissing Ayurvedic medicine as bunk, U.S. medical researchers are finally turning to this form of alternative medicine. Why? Because western medicine isn't working. Rates of chronic disease are skyrocketing, and all the prescription drugs and surgical procedures in the world isn't making a dent. But Ayurvedic medicine really works, and it's dirt cheap to administer to patients.
NEW DELHI: Medical experts in the US have turned to Ayurveda after
findings that India 's alternative system of healing can make a dent in
the heart attack rates.
Baffled by the fact that enormous resources and latest medical
technology have failed to lower the incidence of cardio-vascular
diseases, they have come here to explore possibilities of productive
research in herbal medicine.
"We are bringing the technology to promote the medicine system of an
ancient civilisation," says Robert Schneider, one of the 15 American
experts currently participating in a workshop along with the Ayurveda
practitioners here.
