Anger is a secondary emotion, meaning that it develops in response to a primary emotion, such as frustration, hurt, or pain. For example, if your spouse has a sexual affair, your feelings of hurt and betrayal may be expressed as anger. When you're angry with another person, give some thought to why you really feel angry—that is, the primary emotion triggering your anger. What has that person done to hurt or frustrate you?

 The three reasons you should measure your PTH and calcium are to identify
1. primary hyperparathyroidism;
2. other causes of high blood calcium levels; and
3. dietary imbalance and deficiencies.
Primary hyperparathyroidism comes from a tumor of the parathyroid gland that overproduces PTH. This often causes high calcium levels that will soar higher if you begin supplementing vitamin D and/or calcium. You need to correct this problem before you replace vitamin D or calcium. If you have a parathyroid tumor, you probably will be referred to a head and neck surgeon, who can remove this tumor. |

Facial cleansers should rinse off easily, with or without the aid of a washcloth, and remove all traces of makeup, including eye makeup. Once a water-soluble cleanser is rinsed off, it should not leave the skin feeling dry, greasy, or filmy. And it should never burn the eyes, irritate the skin, or taste bad.
