The lawsuits allege that Aurora Organic Dairy Corporation, which supplies organic milk to Wal-Mart, Wild Oats, Target, Costco, Safeway, and other retailers, is engaged in "consumer fraud, negligence, and unjust enrichment" by failing to adhere to USDA organic standards even while selling its milk under the organic label. Federal investigators have already found Aurora in violation of organic standards, according to the Cornucopia Institute, and the USDA has warned Aurora over multiple "willful" violations of organic standards.

Either the promoters of the device are engaged in blatant consumer fraud, or someone has unintentionally made a serious error in describing what the product really does. Personally, I find it extremely deceptive. I cannot believe the liberal use of the "aeroponic" term in virtually all the marketing materials is somehow an honest mistake. Calling the AeroGrow AeroGarden unit an "aeroponic" device is mere wishful thinking.

At the moment, I'm working with individuals to put together a consumer fraud suit here in the state of California, based on fraudulent diagnosis of ADHD and subsequent drugging. If you've been lied to and told you have a disease when you don't and then drugged, that's battery. Mike: Is there a web site that people can go to? Dr. Baughman: For this consumer fraud action, we only need a handful of four or five plaintiffs. It's not like a class action where you need hundreds. Mike: Will you keep me posted on this action? Dr. Baughman: Yes, people keep asking about it.

Dr. Baughman: Yes, people keep asking about it. I tell them to keep an eye on my web site because if we get this thing going, I certainly will be posting notes as to our progress or lack of it. Mike: If you set a precedent in California, this thing could really sweep the nation. Dr. Baughman: That is what we hope.

Committed consumer fraud in misrepresenting the medicine's risk to prescribing physicians. Superior health doesn't require a prescription With natural health, there are no drugs required, no prescriptions needed, and no surgical procedures. Most of what really works in health is either free or available at little cost. (That's why you rarely see it promoted, by the way. There's little money to be made in keeping people healthy.) Diseases that cost a million dollars to treat can be easily and readily prevented for a few hundred dollars.

In your moment of doubt, you have acknowledged the possibility of consumer fraud. This may lead you to wonder what "organic" really means, and whether there is any way for the consumer to tell the difference between organic and "commercial" produce. What is Organic? "Organic" is not a product. It's a process, a method of production. There's no federal definition, and only three states (California, Oregon, and Maine) have legislated definitions.
