Readers are reporting major, significant, positive life changes after reading NewsTarget articles and commentary. The degree of these positive changes is revealed here in these survey results. More than 820 people participated in this survey, which asked people specific questions about what kinds of changes they've seen in their lives since reading NewsTarget. Here I'm going to discuss some of the more significant improvements and talk about the power of information to change people's lives for the better.
One of the most interesting statistics in this survey is that 57. |

It has to be a day-to-day commitment to that change, and ideally, it's something that produces visible results so the person undergoing the transformation can witness those positive changes as they are taking place.
Make no mistake: Health information is powerful. Free access to health information can change people's lives for the better. It can impact millions of people, as we are doing here at Truth Publishing. It can help them become healthier. |
| You can experience long-lasting, positive health changes as a result.
Thanks for being a reader, and thanks for giving me the opportunity to share this information in a meaningful way. It is your appreciation and application of this content that gives me the motivation to keep researching and writing. I humbly thank you for giving me the opportunity to help enhance the lives of others. |
| It improves their work performance, mental performance and level of awareness, and it boosts their level of enjoyment and optimism in life. It changes their self-image, which has tremendous long-term implications. It is a holistic change that affects every area of the person's life. None of these far-reaching benefits are achieved through the application of prescription drugs or surgical procedures that simply mask symptoms. |
| The bottom line is that no corporation can force its employees to make positive changes if the employees don't want to make them. That's where the power of information enters. When a corporation makes information available to its workers -- free information that offers a variety of health tips like we have on this web site -- a certain percentage of those employees will automatically start reading that and putting it to work, boosting their own health, and therefore their work results, mood and outlook on life. |
| But the question remains, how can health changes boost work results? This is not a subject that's really talked about much in the corporate world. In that world, there's a great disconnect between the health of employees and those employees' work results.
Healthy bodies and brains = increased work performance
For some reason, corporate America is slow to recognize that work is an extension of mental function, which is an extension of nervous system health. |

One of the most interesting statistics in this survey is that 57.7 percent of readers have now started reading food ingredients labels when they go grocery shopping. |

It was achieved by making positive health changes in diet and exercise, as well as by avoiding dangerous substances (such as harmful food ingredients) and prescription drugs. Essentially, the readers who reported these results are the kind of people who always want to be healthier. They want to improve their results, so they took the initiative, taught themselves this information and applied it in a smart way that boosted their work results. This was not something that was forced upon them. |

All this is showing the power of information to make positive changes in people's lives. This information is helping people make a difference. It is lowering their health care costs, no doubt, and it is improving their longevity and quality, and you'll see that reflected in the additional numbers here.
Given all the information now available on the health benefits of vitamin D and natural sunlight exposure, it is encouraging to learn that 56 percent of readers have now taken steps to experience more sunlight. Sunlight is, quite simply, the single most powerful healing therapy available to us. |
| This is a very encouraging number, because again, it's showing the power of information to reach people in a way that motivates them to actually make these positive changes.
Simply making the decision to eat more blueberries on a day-to-day basis can have phenomenal long-term impacts on your health, but if you don't know about the power of blueberries to lower LDL cholesterol, for example, or to help protect the eyes from macular degeneration, then you don't have the information to make that decision. |

This suggests that small, consistent changes in vegetable consumption can make important changes in health outcomes (Gaziano et al. Annals of Epidemiology 1995;5:255 and Colditz et al. American Journal of Clinical Nutrition 1985;41:32).
Consumption of tomato products has been linked to decreased risk of prostate cancer. Men in the highest quintile for consumption of tomato products (10 or more servings a week) had about a 35% decrease in risk of prostate cancer compared to counterparts whose consumption put them in the lowest quintile (1. |

| It serves as a guidebook that shows us a different path we can take to start making real changes in our lives that not only create more happiness and abundance for us, but that also help create a happier, greener and more peaceful world at the same time.
You see, this isn't some simple self-help book. This is a book about global transformation through personal transformation. Gandhi said it best with, "Be the change you wish to see in the world," and The Flip shows us the practical ways we can set foot on that path and start making those changes a personal reality. |

But most patients actually have not made those changes, and the doctors are left with a misimpression that dramatic dietary changes have very little effect on blood chemistry. It's an interesting phenomenon I've observed over the years -- when people are describing their dietary habits to doctors or nutritionists, they invent a fairy tale of healthfulness that simply isn't reflected in what they actually eat day to day. Most people have selective memories when it comes to what they eat.
But the stories sound great, and patients claim to be eating really well even when they're not. |

It's a recognition that exciting changes are now possible, and that the forces of evil that have been acting upon us for so long -- destroying our health, our environment and our freedom -- are poised to be overthrown.
We are all living it what may soon be viewed as a time of the most significant and rapid changes in recent human history. They will not be without difficulty, however, so be prepared for changes that may far exceed what you, or your parents, or even your grandparents ever witnessed.
Most importantly, stay engaged in the conversation. Stay informed. |

If I take a pill to reduce pain, even one not prescribed for me, it will surely result in an "experience" that changes a "feeling." My pain will be ameliorated. In that case, I am using the pill exactly as it was intended, even though it was not intended for me. And what is the meaning of "only?" In addition to my change in "feeling," what else is supposed to happen? Other pills, legal and prescribed, are supposed to do nothing more—again, this notion of "only"—than cause changes in "experiences" or "feelings. |

Over time, the doctors who have heard this for years and years grow skeptical about the power of foods to make changes in health. Because of this, they are missing out on the best medicine in the world -- the natural medicine provided by nature. This medicine can create astounding healing effects in patients if they would actually start consuming healing foods and avoiding dangerous foods. When a patient genuinely pursues courageous behavioral changes in their food choice and eating habits, they will, without question, show remarkable healing benefits that can be readily verified. |

It contradicts the common myth that it's too late to make changes if you are in your 50's or 60's. In contrast, the study revealed that out of 29,000 women between the ages of 55 to 69 whose lifestyle habits were tracked, those who followed healthy recommendations such as eating fruits and vegetables and avoiding tobacco use were remarkably healthier 12 years later.
The study revealed that 22% of the cancers that did occur could have been avoided if all the women in the study group had followed all of the health recommendations. |

We have seen great changes in them, just as in ourselves. The older dog is 15 and probably would have been dead three years ago. The other is 12 and she runs around like a puppy. She has so much energy. The quality of their hair changes, their eyes change, and they smell better. Even the intelligence is manifested, just like with human beings. They have bright eyes and are alert.
They know what is going on. Their brains are working effectively. It was interesting to see. From my perspective, we need to do this for all living things on this earth, not just people. |

The changes rung on the simple scale of the monomyth defy description. Many talejs isolate and greatly enlarge upon one or two of the typical elements of the full cycle (test motif, flight motif, abduction of the bride), others string a number of independent cycles into a single series (as in the Odyssey). Differing characters or episodes can become fused, or a single element can reduplicate itself and reappear under many changes.
The outlines of myths and tales are subject to damage and obscuration. |

As Moore points out, however, there is a chance to save America, but only if we make significant changes starting now.
Truly radical changes must be put into place. I've offered many suggestions in a popular article, The health care reform legislation that Congress should pass, but won't. Lawmakers, you see, have no interest in actually saving America from financial demise. They're only concerned about the next election, and raising campaign reelection funds means kow-towing to the interests of the powerful corporations that really run Washington. |

Eleven point six percent reported receiving praise from their doctor for making positive health changes. This is an interesting number because it shows that when patients rise to the challenge and are able to put some of those positive changes into play, that a little over one out of 10 of their doctors will actually praise them for it, and I think that is one sign of a good doctor. If you have a doctor who's noticing your positive health changes and giving you praise for it, that's probably a good doctor to stick with. |

I suggested a series of cleansing and rehydration procedures, along with a diet that corresponded to her natural body type and physical condition, as well as a number of changes in her lifestyle that would help rebalance her disturbed biological rhythms. In addition, I advised her to have emotional clearing sessions to deal with the underlying patterns of fear and insecurity she had experienced since early childhood.
One month later, a checkup with her doctor revealed that the disease had "disappeared" and so had all her skin problems and other symptoms. |
| Don't try to make too many other changes in your life at the same time.
• Don't reward yourself for ending the habit; quitting is enough of a reward.
• It is good not to tell anyone about your intention to stop smoking because this only undermines your freedom to choose to smoke.
• Carry your cigarettes or tobacco with you, so you can choose to smoke whenever you decide to. Also, people will assume you are still smoking; this way you don't have to prove to anyone that you are capable of quitting the habit. |
| Emotions are composites of both mental impulses and physical changes, and they express the totality of one's health at any given time.
Your endocrine system, which produces hormones in response to your mental experiences, is indeed your personal drug store, and it comes free. Your inner pharmacy can make any drug you need, and you are the pharmacist who writes the appropriate prescriptions. Depending on your emotional response or reaction to a particular event or challenge, the drugs and their doses vary accordingly. They may include the stress hormones adrenaline, Cortisol and cholesterol. |

Prostate Cancer. We pose a story, not so hypothetical. A man has a routine blood test which shows elevated PSA. This finding is followed by a biopsy. Assume almost the worst, that this biopsy is positive. If the tumor appears aggressive, radical treatment is indicated; if not, the question is this: What should be done? Should the patient still be subject to prostatectomy or radiation? |
