CES will be upgrading dozens of other usps mail facilities throughout Northern California under a major contract with the usps. www.chevron.com GEOSOL German-based Gesellschaft fur Sonnenenergie, translated to the Society for Solar Energy, and most commonly known simply as GEOSOL, is a leader in solar power. The primary goal of GEOSOL is to change the energy industry by introducing and promoting renewable energy solutions. GEOSOL also functions as an intermediary between scientists, engineers, architects, the construction industry, industry authorities, and parliaments.
Switching from using 100 percent virgin (nonrecycled) bleached paperboard envelopes to envelopes made from around 80 percent postconsumer recycled content (which FedEx, usps and Airborne Express did) cuts greenhouse gas emissions by 39 percent, toxic effluent flow by 81 percent, and solid waste by 60 percent. ?FedEx Kinko's has taken action to dramatically reduce its ecological footprint by increasing the recycled content of the paper used behind the counter at more than eleven hundred U.S. FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Centers.39 FedEx Kinko's introduced a new paper line in 2004.

NetFlix DVD broken? Don't go to pieces... (satire)

Postal Service employees get their hands on the DVDs and from there, nobody has any idea what really happens behind that usps counter. I personally suspect the mail people go postal on the DVDs and use them as drink coasters and frisbees for a day and a half, then they deliver the ones they don't want to keep for themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if Netflix's opinion of the U.S. Postal Service has been shattered (along with a couple million DVDs).

Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About

In order to keep fighting in "court," the victim must appear as a "respondent" in the usps administrative "court." Here, postal employees act as judges and are even more blatantly biased than the federal court judges. They don't try to dignify this unjust system by calling the victims "defendants," and the postal employees who act as "judges" wear suits, not black robes. STEP 11 - At this point, the victim usually must pay a huge retainer to the law firm that will defend the company. To fight a case in this administrative court costs $50,000 to $300,000.
STEP 8 - Many times, the usps will issue news releases when it files this civil suit and also after it "wins" a TRO and a preliminary injunction. Therefore, three times the victim's name will be smeared in the news media, in front of business colleagues and in front of friends and relatives. At this point many times the victim will face loss of credit, key business colleagues and suppliers. He or she will be portrayed in the community as some kind of criminal who has had a fair trial in front of a jury of his or her peers and an impartial judge and has been convicted of a felony.
How do certain top-100 direct-marketing companies obtain such favoritism from the usps? Considering the recently found FDA and HUD corruption, the USCA is conducting further investigations to find out. We think the justice department should also investigate the U.S. Postal Service. Returning now to the next set of events. Our company was now on its feet again from another major victory over a corrupt government agency. We then turned our attention to finishing the job on the FDA and, in particular, James C. Simmons, the main culprit in the No-Hunger Bread atrocity.
This company might be Triangle Industries; however, this is doubtful since Triangle Industries' direct-mailing activities are related to magazine subscriptions, and the usps charge had nothing to do with such. Although not a top-100 company, General Nutrition Corp. had at least ten actions brought against them in 1984 for false representation concerning the sale of various diet products. This company is rated No. 207 in the top 250. In each case a consent decree was entered into.
But in a substantial number of cases, investigations start when there are no consumer complaints. The usps Postal Inspection Service and the Law Department have certain products categorized as "red flags" which, from our observation based on a pattern of facts, exist for no other purpose than to restrict competition to favored special interests (type 4 prosecution).
Not one of the top 100 long-established mail-order companies has ever had any type of usps enforcement action in the past eight years even though many send out mailings, numbering in the hundreds of millions, that are arguably more deceptive than mailings for which small mail-order companies were prosecuted and severely punished. Also, state attorneys general have prosecuted a number of these top-100 companies, and one of the top 100-companies is amongst the top-five complaint generators with the Better Business Bureau and has an unsatisfactory rating.

The Herbal Medicine-Maker's Handbook

The components and processes identified and outlined in this manual are the "top 40" of the day, so to speak, as compared to the NF's "oldies but goodies"; and like the National Formulary, those usps published around 1926 and before will be the most valuable resource books for herbal medicine-makers. The abbreviation "USP" stamps a medicine or preparation as official, and as such any preparation bearing this official title must conform in all respects to the provisions of a U.S. pharmacopoeia (as designated by its number, i.e., USP IX).
