Expose this medical madness before we all end up prisoners under a system of medical tyranny that turns the bodies of teenage girls into profit centers for Big Pharma! And unlike Merck, we don't care about the intellectual property royalties on this comic. Make as many copies as you want. Print up T-shirts. Add it to your book. Use it as you wish, and you don't owe me a dime. Why? Because I actually do care about my fellow human beings and I'm here to help stop the medical madness sweeping America today. |

Firmness and durability are based on the thickness of the wire and number of turns per coil. The thicker the wire and the more turns per coil, the stronger and firmer the mattress. In general, the higher the coil count, the firmer the mattress. A standard 500-coil mattress is considered somewhat soft. Look for thicker wire and more coils if you want a firmer mattress.
Memory foam is another option you might consider. This technology was first invented by NASA to help astronauts more comfortably withstand the enormous pressures they experience on liftoff. |

Surprisingly, the Amazon forest ecosystem turns out to have been remarkably resilient to past climate changes. Even during the chilly depths of the last ice age, the forest persisted relatively undisturbed, despite cooler temperatures and lower rainfall. The real problem for the Amazon, it turns out, is heat.
In order to estimate the resilience of the Amazon to changes in climate, a joint UK Met Office/University College London team led by Sharon Cowling constructed a computer model which successfully managed to simulate rainforest changes during previous climatically cooler periods. |

I've talked about this in previous articles but never discussed it in detail until now. It turns out that special polymers found in aloe vera gel have the ability to potentiate the oxygen carrying capacity of blood.
What do I mean by that? I mean that aloe vera gel turns sludgy, oxygen-depleted blood into smooth-flowing oxygen-rich blood! It's being used experimentally right now by the U.S. military to save the lives of soldiers who have lost enormous amounts of blood from battlefield injuries. |

For years doctors in Holland have been using the "wait-and-see" approach with much success. It turns out that antibiotics have minimal impact on ear infections and that, unless a child is toxic (very visibly ill and unresponsive), simple ear infections are best treated with ibuprofen, a local painkiller for the ear, and otherwise left alone. If the child does not show improvement after three days, then it is time to go to the doctor. In years of treating children this way there have been no adverse outcomes.1 |

YERBA MATE
Botanical Name
Ilex paraguariensis (syn. I. domestica, I. mate, I. sorbilis)
Family
Aquifoliaceae (Holly Family) Etymology
The term ilex is taken from the botanical name of the holly oak, Quercus ilex, whose foliage resembles that of holly; as a genus name, it indicates that this plant is in the Holly Family. The species name is a Latin term meaning "a native of Paraguay." The common name mate derives from the Quechua mati, the name of the hollowed-out gourd (Lagenaria vulgaris) used as a cup for drinking mate. |
| The root is a creeping tuber with several fingerlike protrusions and a pale skin that turns brownish upon drying; it is commonly sold in grocery stores.
The plant thrives in partial shade in fertile, moist, well-drained soils. In gardens in temperate climates, the plant will need to be brought indoors when the cold weather begins.
Do not confuse ginger with wild ginger (Asarum canadensis), which is unrelated.
GINKGO

| When bruised the stems ooze a milky white fluid that soon turns black.
ELDER
Botanical Name
Sambucus canadensis, S. nigra
Family
Caprifoliaceae (Honeysuckle Family) Etymology
The genus name, Sambucus, is from the Greek sack-but, the name of a musical instrument made of elder. The species name nigra refers to the black berries of this species, and canadensis means "originating in Canada." The common name elder comes from the
Anglo-Saxon aeld, "fire," in reference to the young hollow stems of this shrub having been used to blow into a fire to get it burning. |

Nutrition expert Julia Ross, author of The Mood Cure and The Diet Cure, also suggests taking "biotin, another blood-sugar supporter; tyrosine, a natural stimulant that turns off chocolate and caffeine cravings; 5-HTP, an antidepressant and sleep promoter; and DLPA, which helps eliminate the need for comfort foods."
Now, here's a list of supplements from nutritionist Jill Vollmuth that she believes could help with sugar cravings. (Just bear in mind that this isn't health advice. |
| In some circles, people talk about getting a "sugar donut" or "a jelly roll" when they're headed for the bed, not the bakery.
It turns out that science supports this sugar-sex link. Highly palatable foods and potent sexual stimuli have something in common. According to neuroscientist and Princeton University professor Bartley G. Hoebel, Ph.D., they both activate our brain's reward pathways and the dopamine system, triggering the release of motivating chemicals.
Small wonder, then, that sugar-seeking folks report that when they gave in to their sugar cravings, their sex drive takes a nosedive. |
| Sugar sensitivity turns a person into Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," she writes in her bestselling book, Potatoes, Not Prozac.
"It's like having two different people live in your body. From one moment to the next, your fine sensitivity and openness turn into moodiness and irritability. Your confidence and creativity dry up, only to be replaced by low self-esteem and hopelessness."
Not only that but "the highs and lows of a sugar addict can make the person seem like an alcoholic," adds nutritionist Dr. Sally Rockwell. "Often, sugar addicts get overwhelmed by a sense of impending doom. |
| Actually, farmers have known for thousands of years that you can make animals fat by feeding them grains, as long as you don't let them run around too much, and it turns out that applies to humans [too]. We can very easily get fat from eating too many carbohydrates."
—renowned Harvard researcher Walter C. Willett, M.D.
Urged to curtail fat, many Americans mistakenly assumed that any foods labeled "low fat" were inherently healthier and lower in calories than their full-fat versions. The result? Consumers began buying and eating excess amounts of low-fat cookies, crackers, yogurt, and more. |
| Even one little glass of wine or a shot of sake, which, like all alcohol, turns to sugar in your bloodstream, wallops me with a horrific hangover, excessive exhaustion, and a blast of irritability.
There's simply no escaping the terrifying change that occurs against my will. After eating or drinking a lot—or a polite portion—of sweets or refined carbs, I turn into my own worst nightmare, uncontrollable and unstoppable. |
| Avoid or limit alcohol intake, because booze quickly turns to sugar in your body.
* Skip French bread, crackers, white rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or other fast-acting carbs. Instead, request more vegetables, preferably steamed. i If available, order quality carbs like brown rice or a sweet potato.

The act of measuring—which is a process of matching—collapses the wavefunction, which turns something virtual (neither measurable nor even knowable in either a quantitative or qualitative way) into something real (measurable, with identifiable characteristics) according to the context of the measurement. From the realm of the superposition of all possibilities, the entity under consideration displays one aspect of itself, which just happens to be the aspect that meets the conditions of the investigation. |

There was also a fourfold increase in heart failure in the Vioxx subjects, most likely related to a Vioxx-caused increase in their blood pressure. It turns out that COX-2 inhibitors block the production of prostacyclin (a member of the family of lipid molecules known as eicosanoids) without affecting synthesis of another compound called thromboxane A-2. This in turn leads to a depression of prostaglandin 1-2, a compound that increases blood pressure as well as the ability of blood to clot, which leads to more heart attacks and strokes. |

A number of studies dating from the mid-1990s to more recently show that cardiovascular and resistance or weight training combat mild to severe depression. It turns out that exercise results in a surge of serotonin, the neurotransmitter that makes us feel good right after working out, as well as in a long-term mood shift once we've started exercising regularly, effects that may be related in part to an increased growth in brain cells. |

As the body begins to make gains via detoxification, it then turns its attention to breaking down and removing diseased cells, replacing them with healthy ones.
In Order of Priority
Considering that the body's first priority is to survive, its first healing efforts will be directed to the parts of the body most vital for survival. For example, there could be a life-threatening disease such as cancer or a heart problem in process within the body. In its wisdom, the body will want to correct this first to ensure survival. |
| When consuming citrus fruits and juices, because of their high content of citric acid which turns body and blood calcium into insoluble calcium citrate crystals, arthritic symptoms will be exaggerated during the cleansing process. However, the body is helped with wholesome nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices; over time, toxic deposits in the joints and tissues are dissolved and eliminated from the body. This takes time and persistence, however, since the conditions that cause arthritis take many years to develop.
Bad Breath

| Billions are spent on acid-buffering agents like turns, Rolaids, Maalox, and Alka-Seltzer, as well as high-tech drugs such as Prilosec, Prevacid, Pepcid, and Tagamet. But is all this necessary? Do we really produce too much stomach acid?
In their excellent book Why Stomach Acid is Good for You, Drs. Jonathan Wright and Lane Lenard carefully document research that explains the myth of acid indigestion, and note that except in a few rare conditions, "heartburn is hardly ever associated with too much stomach acid." In fact, the reverse is true. |
| It doesn't matter whether they are really true or not; the fact that we perceive them to be true turns them into automatic programs that are the blueprints for our future life experiences. We download our parents' beliefs and behave accordingly.5 At our core, the beliefs that we are either capable or lacking in ability, worthy or undeserving, safe or at risk, healthy or sickly, for example, become programs that create our reality as adults. Still, the majority of our accepted beliefs are not true. |
| As the body's reserves of acid buffer minerals are depleted, it turns to the use of calcium from the bones as a neutralizer. If fed a diet that is deficient in adequate nutrition and loaded with toxic substances, the body simply is unable to eliminate the toxins and clean out metabolic wastes properly. As health problems arise, if drugs are taken to eliminate symptoms, their toxicity actually adds to the problem. The natural cleansing process of the body is suppressed and it is forced to degenerate toward more chronic disease. |

The vibrational frequency of the notes turns on the receptors, setting in motion all kinds of cellular activities. That's how music can heal, interacting directly with your molecules of emotion to charge you with energy, get your juices flowing, and make you feel good.
These molecules are not only vibrating to cause bodywide changes, but they are "hearing" each other through the psychosomatic [mind-body] network of cellular communication. You can see that we don't just hear with our ears, but we "hear" with every receptor on every cell in our bodymind. |
| Peter explained that in NES, "We allow 15 degrees of phase for each of our Energetic Integrators, so we will get twelve of them in the 180 degrees of phase shift that occurs where the In wave turns into the Out wave at the center of the spherical standing wave, as per Wolff's space resonance theory. I checked this experimentally, and it works in practice; that is to say, there is a match between every Energetic Integrator structure and the 15 degrees of phase required. It appears that nature has arranged the body-field, in this respect, to work like a Swiss watch—very accurately. |
| I had never thought to test the two for a match, but it turns out that they are connected, they match, they 'talk' to each other—whatever you want to call it. You could say NES links with osteopathy and chiropractic!
"It doesn't always work out that way," Peter continued. "Sometimes people say that this or that happened, and I go to the lab and check, and the match cannot be verified. So perhaps it is just placebo, or something too complex for me to work out as yet, but many times it does work out, and we get a new piece of the body-field puzzle. Things like that happened all the time. |
| If Wolff's model turns out to be correct, then the idea of matching as I perfected it stands on firmer ground. To put it simply, a match can be thought of as the change of the resistance or permittivity—what can be thought of as the shape or structure—of space, but I am not talking in terms of electromagnetic fields, although I use the words resistance and permittivity. Those are just convenient terms to help describe this change in what Milo Wolff calls space resonance. |

Sugar is so powerful that your whole tongue is oriented to finding it, and your brain is programmed to seek it endlessly, because if it gets in your system fast enough, it goes right to your brain's pleasure center. In the natural world, the only source of concentrated sugar with enough power to elevate your blood sugar level is a lot of fruit. |
