Compensation Plan Explanation Charts (rough drafts, goes with Moxxor LIVE #006)Binary Tree | Personal Enrollment TreeHow the weekly payouts really workThere have been a lot of questions about how the weekly payouts really work. Here's the process:1) Your group volume (GV) accumulates each week, starting on Monday morning. As the week continues, you'll see your volumes grow (on both your LEFT leg and your RIGHT leg) as people in your Binary Tree make their monthly purchases (or enroll new people). This volume will soon be reflected in real time, so you can log in to your MyMoxxor.com website each day and check your real time GV. 2) During the week, as the GV grows, you may qualify for higher ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc. This happens in real time, as the week progresses. 3) At the end of the day Sunday, your GV is "cashed out" and converted into a commission check. You get a percentage of the Pay Leg (the smaller leg), which could be 5%, 10% or 15%, depending on what starter pak you signed up with. Example: If one leg is 1000 GV and the other is 600 GV, you would get paid 15% of the 600 leg. 15% of 600 is $90. Moxxor wires this to your debit card account, and you receive it the next day. 4) The GV you are paid on is then deducted from BOTH legs. This will zero out your Pay Leg while deducting the 600 from your stronger leg. Since your stronger leg in this example was 1000 GV, it would be reduced to 400 GV. This is called "bankable volume" and it carries over to the following week. 5) For the new week, you are then starting at 400 GV on one leg, and 0 GV on the leg you just got paid on (because the GV just got cashed out and you were paid on it). Your rank resets to distributor. Now, during this week, as volume accumulates, you will see your rank rise again, to Bronze, Silver or whatever you qualify for at the end of the week (Sunday). You do NOT have to enroll new people each week, you simply have to benefit from the purchases of people you previously enrolled who are on monthly autoship. 6) This GV accumulation and cashing out process repeated each week. Please note that since most distributors are only buying products *monthly*, you will only see their volumes reflected in your binary tree once every FOUR weeks. To have steady weekly earnings, you'll need to grow a larger binary tree so that the weekly earnings "even out" across your organization. NOTE: This means one week you might achieve the rank of Silver, but the following week you may only achieve Bronze. Your distributor rank can very week to week, depending on the purchasing activity of those within your organization. NOTE: Your "bankable volume" will roll over for up to 52 weeks. This is hugely generous, as most network marketing companies "flush" this each week. Moxxor keeps it in place for 52 weeks, so you can take advantage of it later if you are able to sufficiently grow the Pay Leg to match it. |
