Vilcabamba Ecuador Living, Homes and Land

A NaturalNews PhotoTour by Mike Adams

My wife snapped this photo of me overlooking the valley. This took only a 15 minute climb, and the views are astounding.

As you can tell from the clothing, there was a bit of a breeze that day, but generally speaking, Vilcabamba is very calm with only slight breezes.

The prevailing winds are from the East to the West, and rain clouds can roll in from time to time, dropping a bit of rain and moving on.

If you're not already tan, you'll need some sun protection here, especially if you're fair skinned. I usually get 2-3 hours of sun a day, then I throw on a hat and long-sleeved shirt to block any additional sun. Fair-skinned people can burn in just 30 minutes here, but I resist sun damage due to my high intake of antioxidants and superfoods.

Next: Go bananas over all the fruit!
