One of the best ways for our body to increase it's oxygen is for us to eat foods that are high in pH or food that are alkaline forming. These include foods such as spinach, green beans, peppers, broccoli, watermelon, lemons, limes, cantaloupe, blueberries, avocados, carrots, parsnips, turnip greens, raspberries (the list of fresh fruit and vegetables is a long one so read on to find out more) all herbs and spices, and high mineral water. While increasing these into your diet, cut back on foods with a low pH or what is considered acid forming such as sugary and processed foods and soda pop.
