Flesh-Eating Bacteria Eats Prisoner's Penis

The state of Washington is paying $300,000 to a prisoner who lost his penis and a testicle to flesh-eating bacteria while in a state-run prison. The prison doctor misdiagnosed the infection (surprise!) and left the man to suffer the consequences of having his genitals devoured by hungry bacteria.
Mysteriously, the official press releases state the 61-year-old prisoner lost "several pounds of flesh." Wow. Impressive.
Jokes aside, this is a serious issue in government-run medical facilities, which include VA hospitals, prisons and other various medical facilities. Since the government follows conventional medicine, which remains ridiculously ignorant on preventing infections, all government-run facilities are breeding grounds for superbugs and flesh-eating bacteria.
It's one more reason NOT to wind up in a government-run institution of any kind. And if you do, don't get any flesh-eating bacteria on your genitals.
