Forget about the insufferable pollution... Now the most notable thing about Mexico city might be the herds of elderly men walking around with boners. The Mexico City government, in its bid to provide "happiness" to its population, has announced it is handing out free Viagra to men 70 and older.
This might be yet another great reason to move to Mexico City, huh? In the U.S., if you manage to live to 67, they give you a measly social security check. But in Mexico, if you hit 70, they give you erections!
