Where did the $700 billion go that the Federal Reserve promised for bailing out "troubled assets?" Nobody knows, and the Fed isn't telling. It's all a big (fraudulent) secret, and now the Fed has decided it's just going to start throwing money at banks and let them do whatever they want with it. That's why extravagant Christmas parties are all the rage this year in the financial sector.
