U.S. Health Experts Cracking Down on Caffeine Energy Drinks

There's an effort underway in the U.S. to push the FDA towards regulating the sale of energy drinks. Too many kids and teens are hopped up on caffeine, it seems, and they're chugging energy drinks at record levels. A hundred U.S. scientists actually sent a petition to the FDA. Little do they realize the FDA's decisions have nothing to do with actual science.
From Foodnavigator-usa.com: According to the USA today newspaper, Roland Griffiths, a neuroscientist at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, penned a letter calling on caffeine contents within specific brands to be included on the packaging as well as limits on the use of stimulants.... more
