British Police Arrest Man for Speaking Unpopular Views about the Holocaust

Did you know it's a crime in many countries to speak your mind if you believe the WWII German holocaust to be fiction? While I don't share this person's views, I do believe in Free Speech -- even the freedom of speech of people we disagree with. That's the whole point of the speech being free, of course: That people are free to disagree. But now in Europe, speaking freely will get you five years in a German prison. Gee, didn't Germany imprison enough people already in WWII? Now they're using the same war to imprison bloggers in 2008!
From Ihr.org: On October 1, British police at London’s Heathrow airport arrested Dr. Frederick Toben – an Australian citizen and a Holocaust revisionist – during a stop on a flight from the United States to Dubai. He was detained on the basis of a “European Arrest Warrant” issued by German authorities that accuses him of publishing material online "of an anti-semitic and/or revisionist nature.”... more
