(NaturalNews) People seem to be in two camps these days. There are those who know that the radiation from Fukushima is dangerous and will have impacts, so they protect themselves through diet and supplementation. And there are those who think it`s all fine and even radioactive poisons with half lives of tens of thousands of years won`t harm them. The latter group will almost surely be stunned to find themselves with cancer, Alzheimer`s disease, or any variety of toxicity-induced diseases because they still haven`t understood that poisons cause disease and that there`s quite a bit each of us can do to influence the equation - without a doctor involved at all. Many people are eating seaweed these days and it`s an important step with any radiation disaster. Another important step is to get serious about detoxification - especially using enemas with coffee, seaweed and cilantro.
Why coffee, seaweed and cilantro? Well, coffee enemas have been around for ages. They actually used to be in the Merck manual as a standard for health - before the drug companies started completely running the show. Coffee enemas are key because they detoxify the liver and therefore remove tremendous amounts of stored poisons from the body and blood each time they`re done. This removal of poisons is the reason coffee enemas aid in so many problems.
You can also add the juices of a variety of cleansing foods and herbs to coffee enemas to intensify your detoxification effects. Essentially, these healing substances travel into your liver with the
coffee, and then directly touch your bloodstream. Because they enter the body in this way, unhampered by digestion, they are far more powerful than if they were taken through the mouth. And because you`re doing them in an enema, the poisons are often removed in mass, in a way that may not even be possible through other means.
Seaweed, most people now know, contains natural iodine which protects the thyroid from radioactive iodine, by occupying our body`s iodine receptors. Brown seaweeds also have compounds that neutralize
radiation, taking the radiation protection even deeper.
Organic cilantro is also key because it moves heavy metals out of the body - and metals are part of the radioactive mix that`s spewed all over Japan and the rest of the world. Cilantro also helps remove lead, mercury and aluminum - and most people have these brain damaging metals in them, just from standard living.
To make a coffee,
seaweed and cilantro enema, just make a one or two gallon coffee enema (to fill and release several times) and cool your coffee with water before use. Then, add a handful or two of cilantro and seaweed into a blender with a couple cups of water to blend and add these strained liquids to your coffee enema solution.
Now just fill and release several times, retaining each enema about six minutes to let those poisons neutralize themselves and wash out of your body. With what`s going on, many people would benefit from doing this daily for a few weeks, or longer, and then perhaps occasionally on an on-going basis, as another standard protection protocol.
Of course, after enemas you`ll want to replenish your healthy bacteria too.

In Numbers 1:1 – 1:18, it's talking about "the family" and mentions Pagiel. It also twice mentions February 1st, (Kim's birthday) and then says that the youngest is 20 years old. Kim's little sister Paige is currently 20 years old.
In Chronicles 1 11:20 it mentions the brother of Joab and then in the same sentence uses the word brandishing. Kim's middle name is Jo and her older sister's name is Brandi. There are other patterns to her sisters too but these sort of mention them by name.
Of course, it helps if you know that there is a magical spiritual reality available that comes deep cleansing and often major dietary upgrades. It's also why Jesus was teaching the same thing, if you find his teachings in the Essene Gospel of Peace. In this text, he even says things like, "You'll never see the father unless you clean your colon." But, this is paraphrased...
In the Bible Jesus says things more like, happy are those who wash their robes, as they can enter the tree of life. The tree of life is elsewhere explained as God's paradise. He also said, first clean the inside of the cup and then the outside will also be clean.
