Homeopathy Short History and BasicsHomeopathy was developed by German physician and chemist Samuel Hahnemann in the early 1800s. He also helped pioneer the importance of hygiene. He based homeopathy on the Law of Similars: That which causes will cure.
Hahnemann realized that many of his potions were toxic. So he diluted them. But he discovered he had to dilute them even more, to the point of not even containing a molecule of the original substance. He was surprised to find that these
ultradilutions were even more effective than the original dilutions.
Ultradilution is achieved by
