So, here's a short list of substances that many people are exposed to every day, which cause brain damage. Junk food damages the brain, and sugars specifically have been associated with memory loss. In addition to the dangerous chemicals in junk food, sugar may be a factor because it feeds a fungal condition in the body, called candida overgrowth, that most of the population unknowingly has a problem with. The living fungus produces many toxins that deteriorate our brains and can cause memory loss.
Chemical pesticides on non-organic foods also damage the brain and are another culprit - yet most people eat them with every meal. Unfortunately, many agricultural operations operate under the illusion that foods can't be grown well without them.
Aluminum - which is common in cookware, pharmaceutical drugs, and deodorants - causes brain damage and is a primary cause of dementia. Fluoride, in toothpastes and often in our water, also causes brain damage. Actually, fluoride helps
aluminum cross the blood brain barrier, so that aluminum enters the brain very easily. Both fluoride and aluminum in the body are dangerous alone, but together they're lethal for your brain.
Cooking fluorinated water in aluminum cookware concentrates aluminum -
by hundreds of times - making it a far more potent poison. Fluoride is also in soft drinks, if the maker is in an area using fluorinated water, and restaurants often use aluminum cookware.
When you understand the causes, you can now work backwards to understand
prevention. For starters, toss fluoride toothpastes and deodorants and find natural alternatives. If you're cooking on aluminum foil or aluminum pots and pans, use glass or high heat fired lead-free ceramic instead. Then, buy organic foods and stay away from other habits that promote brain damage, including junk food, smoking and pharmaceutical drugs.
If your water supply is fluorinated, use fluoride-removing filters on taps for drinking and bathing. Unfortunately,
fluoride vapors are easily absorbed when bathing. Some fluoride-removing filters are pricey, but the reverse osmosis water machines often found in front of grocery stores remove fluoride.
Deep detoxification can also remove many of these poisons before they accumulate and cause problems. Even steps as simple as eating organic cilantro and using
coconut oil regularly will move many metals and poisons out of your body - and it's easy to add cilantro to salads or to top many prepared meals.

In Numbers 1:1 – 1:18, it's talking about "the family" and mentions Pagiel. It also twice mentions February 1st, (Kim's birthday) and then says that the youngest is 20 years old. Kim's little sister Paige is currently 20 years old.
In Chronicles 1 11:20 it mentions the brother of Joab and then in the same sentence uses the word brandishing. Kim's middle name is Jo and her older sister's name is Brandi. There are other patterns to her sisters too but these sort of mention them by name.
Of course, it helps if you know that there is a magical spiritual reality available that comes deep cleansing and often major dietary upgrades. In this text, he even says things like, "You'll never see the father unless you clean your colon." But, this is paraphrased...
In the Bible Jesus says things more like, happy are those who wash their robes, as they can enter the tree of life. The tree of life is elsewhere explained as God's paradise. He also said, first clean the inside of the cup and then the outside will also be clean.
