(NaturalNews) At a tragic time in history when flu vaccines seem imminent around the world, many people are more concerned about the effects of the untested vaccine than of the actual flu. It's with good reason. Infowars.com recently published well over a hundred research citations pointing to serious illnesses stemming from the use of vaccines.

Autism, or the loss of brain function, is an often cited effect of putting mercury, and other poisons common in vaccines into the human body. But a far more comprehensive list of problems has been found to be connected with vaccines, and the chemicals and poisons in them. Want the short list?

In light of what we're looking at, it's high time we get back to basics. Things that make you sick, don't keep you safe or make you healthy. The logic involved in this is rather simple, and the logic involved in the inverse assumption is rather perverse. Same goes for radiation and other "therapies" that make your hair fall out. So, remember the mantra, "That which makes me sick, does not make me healthy."

Poisons and chemicals do not, and cannot, create health and don't let anyone tell you differently.

Seeing as the vaccines may be unavoidable for many, what can you do? Good question. A rather obvious answer is to get those poisons out of your body as quickly as possible.

Colon cleansing and liver cleansing (with coffee enemas) are easy, at-home solutions to quickly remove a great deal of toxic matter from your body. Just remember to use probiotics after colon cleansing to replenish your healthy bacteria, and avoid the problems created by the absence of these healthy bacteria.

Seriously, if you're not already starting to remove the years' worth of built up toxic matter from your body and open your pathways of elimination, what are you waiting for? Governments have been warning for years that this disaster is coming, and they've been buying ample cemetery space.

It'd also be wise to start consuming ample coconut oil regularly for its powerful, protective antiviral effects. By doing it now, you'll be allowing the oil's virus killing medium-chain fatty acids to start building in your body, before you really need them.
